Books can take you to a different world and honestly speaking Shiva Trilogy is such kind of the book series. The author of the book was Amish Tripathi. The first book of the series is 'The Immortals of Meluha' in which the author explains the journey of Shiva from tribal chief to Lord Shiva. It was a book that can't be kept down in between the pages. The book is a mix of fictional mythology, fantasy, action, thriller, drama, science and passionate love. The entire series engages the reader in such a way that one can't help but get involved in the characters. The author depicted Gods in the characters of humans to show the struggles they go through and become the person we imagine.  It leaves the reader wanting for more and grab the second book of Shiva Trilogy, The Secret of the Nagas.
